How do I place an order;
You can come in person, e-mail us, fax or phone.
Do you have Minimums;
No. We do not have minimums for our Screenprinting and Embroidery, however some of our suppliers for pens, business cards, advertising specialties, etc. do.
How do you accept Art work;
E-mail, Fax, CD, etc. The best format is Adobe Illustrator, everything turned to vector. Then Photoshop to size at 300dpi, or an eps. After that any form is acceptable from a jpeg to a scrap of paper.
Who does the Art and Digitizing;
Unless you supply us with finnished, camera ready art, all art-work, digitizing, film and screens, are done by us, in house.
Where is the printing etc. done;
We do the Screenprinting, Embroidery, and Banners in house.
What is your pricing;
We are very competitive when it comes to pricing and are always glad to meet or beat any reasonable competitors price in writing.
What if I supply my own goods;
We do not mind working on your supplied goods and we will take every reasonable care handling them. When you supply goods, you must accept that you do so at your own risk, as we are not responsible for supplied goods.
What are your terms;
We expect a 50% deposit and the balance COD. We do accept some purchase orders. We accept cash, check, am/exp, visa, mastercard, discover, etc. All cards are subject to an additional 3% processing fee.
What about delivery;
We expect orders to be picked up at our shop. If they are large local orders, we will deliver them to you free of charge. We also can ship them to you via UPS at your expense.
What about special orders;
We will add the exact shipping charges to us on any specialty product that we must order from any of our outside venders.
